Runny nose, cough, sore throat, chills, fever, muscle aches, headache, fatigue, new loss of taste or smell, upset stomach.

How the visit works

1. Answer a questionnaire written for this condition — about five minutes.

2. A board-certified physician reviews your answers, usually within 3 hours.

3. Your plan, and any prescription, goes to you and your pharmacy.

When you need in-person care instead

If your symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening, or accompanied by any of the signs below, a written visit is not the right route. Seek in-person care or call 911.
