Insurance & Payment
Li Health is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.
We provide a Superbill for every visit that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients get 50–80% reimbursed.

Pricing Questions
Memberships require a 3 months initial commitment. After that, your plan converts to a month-to-month subscription that you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for all visit types and membership plans. Telemedicine visits with a physician are eligible HSA/FSA expenses.
Urgent care visits cover acute, non-emergency conditions: infections (UTI, sinus, strep), allergies, rashes, cold/flu, minor injuries, and more. If you’re unsure whether your issue qualifies, message us and we’ll let you know.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your visit. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) or no-shows may incur a $25 fee.
Lab ORDERS are included in the visit price. However, the lab itself (Quest, LabCorp, etc.) will bill you separately. Many labs accept insurance. Please see FAQ page for detailed answer
Li Health is an adult-only practice. We see patients 18 years of age and older exclusively. We do not provide pediatric care of any kind — including urgent care for children. For pediatric concerns, please contact your child’s primary care physician or visit a pediatric urgent care facility.
The Urgent Care Single Membership is designed for one adult who wants fast, reliable access to a real physician without the cost of paying per visit. For $89 per month you get unlimited urgent care visits — as many times as you need — for things like infections, rashes, medication questions, minor injuries, and other acute concerns. No appointment anxiety, no per-visit fees, no insurance required. One adult, 18 or older, unlimited access.
The Urgent Care Partner Pack covers two adults on one plan for $149 per month. Both individuals get unlimited urgent care visits — the same access as the single membership, just shared between two people. This is ideal for couples, domestic partners, or any two adults 18 or older who want to know that when something comes up, a real board-certified physician is just a message away. Each person is seen individually and has their own private, confidential visits.
The All-Inclusive Membership is our most comprehensive plan at $199 per month. It combines everything in one — your monthly weight loss medicine visit, GLP-1 medication management, personalized treatment plan, unlimited messaging with your physician, and unlimited urgent care visits. If you are on a weight loss journey and want one doctor who handles everything — your medications, your progress, and anything that comes up day to day — this is the plan for you.
