Insurance & payment
Li Health is a cash-pay practice — we don't bill insurance directly. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus HSA and FSA cards.
We provide a superbill for every visit that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan — we recommend confirming your out-of-network benefits before your visit.
Adults 18 and over
Li Health is an adult-only practice. We see patients 18 and older exclusively and do not provide pediatric care of any kind, including urgent care for children. For pediatric concerns, please contact your child's primary care physician or a pediatric urgent care facility.
Pricing questions
What's the difference between a $39 quick care visit and a $129 urgent care visit?+
A quick care visit covers 55 common conditions: you answer a questionnaire for your condition and your physician sends back a plan, usually within 3 hours, with no appointment. In some states, your physician may add a short video call to meet state rules, included in the $39. Urgent care ($129) is a separate, booked video visit for problems outside the 55 quick care conditions, for complications, or when you'd rather talk it through.
When can I submit a quick care visit?+
Any time. Quick care hours are Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM ET, and visits submitted after 8 PM are reviewed the next business day.
Do I have to join the membership?+
No. Every service is available pay-per-visit with no commitment. Membership is optional and exists for patients who want everything covered plus direct access to your doctor.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?+
Membership requires a 3-month initial commitment. After that it converts to month-to-month and you can cancel any time with no penalty.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card?+
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for all visit types and for membership. Telemedicine visits with a physician are eligible HSA/FSA expenses.
Are lab fees included?+
Lab orders are included in your visit price. The lab itself (Quest, LabCorp, etc.) bills you separately, and many labs accept insurance.
Is there a cancellation policy for video visits?+
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a $25 fee.
Do you see children?+
No. Li Health is an adult-only practice — patients 18 and older exclusively. We do not provide pediatric care of any kind, including urgent care for children.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?+
No. Li Health does not prescribe any DEA controlled substances — no opioids, benzodiazepines, sleep medications, ADHD stimulants, or any Schedule II–V medication.
