Choose from more than 50 conditions and answer a few questions about what's going on. A Li Health physician reviews your visit and sends a treatment plan — most conditions, no video call needed.
Visits take 5–10 minutes. Prescriptions go straight to your pharmacy.
Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM ET. Visits submitted after 8 PM are reviewed the next business day.
More than 50 to choose from. Open any one to see what the visit covers before you start.
Your information, consent, then questions written for your specific condition. 5–10 minutes.
Payment is collected when you submit. Your visit is confirmed and sent for review the moment it goes through.
A physician reviews your case, sends your diagnosis and plan, and any prescription goes to your pharmacy.
Choose your condition to see what it covers, common symptoms and treatments, then start your visit.
Every visit is reviewed and signed by a licensed Li Health physician. Nothing reaches you until a doctor has approved it.
Verified reviews from patients.
“If you’re looking for a doctor who is also a people person, this is it. She was so sweet! 10/10”
“She was great! She listened and asked questions and then explained to me her recommendations and rationale. Very efficient and very kind.”
“All I want to say is she is awesome. I highly recommend her. Generally I don’t give reviews, but today when I visited her I felt like she is trying to understand me and my situation with all her heart. She is empathetic.”
Questions first, payment at the end. Your visit is confirmed the moment your $39 goes through, and a physician usually reviews it within 3 hours. Quick care hours are Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM ET. Visits submitted after 8 PM are reviewed the next business day.
A quick care visit is written: you complete an intake — answering questions specific to your symptoms — and a licensed physician reviews it and responds, usually within 3 hours, without a live call. A video visit is a real-time conversation with your physician, for when you’d rather talk it through.
If your physician determines medication is appropriate, they'll send the prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Not every visit results in a prescription — sometimes the right next step is over-the-counter treatment or guided self-care, and your physician will explain why.
No. Li Health does not prescribe controlled substances (including narcotics, stimulants, or benzodiazepines) through quick care or video visits. If your condition may require a controlled substance, we'll let you know that in-person care is the appropriate next step.
For conditions like asthma, migraines, genital herpes, gout, or psoriasis, your physician can refill an existing prescription for a condition you've already been diagnosed with elsewhere, but we don't diagnose these conditions for the first time through a quick care visit. If you've never been diagnosed or treated for the condition before, you'll need an in-person or video evaluation first.
Your physician may ask follow-up questions, recommend a video visit instead, or refer you to in-person or emergency care if your symptoms need more than a written review. If a quick care visit isn’t right for you, the choice is yours: we’ll refund your $39 in full, or apply it toward a video visit — whichever you prefer. You are never charged twice.
Anxiety or depression medication management (both starting a new medication and refilling one) requires a video visit. Weight loss initial visits and follow-ups are also video-only.
Maryland, Virginia, D.C., Georgia, California, and Pennsylvania. You'll need to be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Quick care visits are currently available to patients 18 and older only.
Some conditions may call for a lab test as part of your treatment plan — your physician will let you know if that applies to you and where to get it done.
Li Health is not for emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
