Clinical Case & Learning Program
A peer-to-peer medical learning program for Armenian physicians — bridging US clinical guidelines, obesity medicine, and complex internal medicine with frontline Armenian practice.
About the Educator

Double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine

Purpose
To support Armenian physicians with current US-based clinical reasoning, guideline updates, and case-based learning — particularly in areas where the Armenian medical system has limited access to newer therapies or specialty expertise (obesity medicine, GLP-1 therapy, preventive medicine, complex internal medicine).
The goal is not to direct care. The goal is to share the knowledge, discuss, and strengthen clinical thinking — physician to physician, peer to peer.
What This Program Is — and Is Not
This Program IS
- Peer-to-peer clinical learning
- Case discussion
- Review of current US guidelines
- A space to think through hard cases together
- FREE
This Program IS NOT
- A consultation service for patients
- A prescription or treatment directive
- A substitute for the treating physician’s judgment
- A second medical opinion for patients directly
- A referral or telemedicine service
Areas of Focus
- Obesity Medicine & GLP-1 therapy — Wegovy, Zepbound, orforglipron, dosing, side effects, long-term protocols
- Preventive Medicine — screening, risk stratification, lifestyle medicine, chronic disease prevention
- Complex Internal Medicine — diagnostic reasoning, multi-system cases
- Ambulatory & Cross-Coverage Medicine — managing uncertainty, triage thinking
How It Works
Individual Case Discussion
Physicians submit a de-identified case using the form on the following page. Cases are reviewed ahead of time. A 30–45 minute video meeting follows, structured as a teaching discussion — not a directive.
Monthly Group Case Conference
One physician presents a de-identified case. Others attend, discuss, and learn together. One hour on Zoom, monthly. Recordings available to participants with consent.
