Li Health LLC · Effective June 8, 2026 · Last updated June 8, 2026
Two notices are required for patients of a cash-pay medical practice. Both are posted here for all patients, in every state we serve.
As required by California Assembly Bill 1278 (AB 1278), effective January 1, 2024, and consistent with the federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act, Li Health provides the following notice to all patients. It is posted as a best practice for every patient, regardless of the state in which care is received.
The Open Payments database is a federal tool used to search payments made by drug and device companies to physicians and teaching hospitals. It can be found at openpaymentsdata.cms.gov.
For informational purposes only, a link to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Open Payments web page is provided here. The federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act requires that detailed information about payment and other payments of value worth over ten dollars ($10) from manufacturers of drugs, medical devices, and biologics to physicians and teaching hospitals be made available to the public.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (the No Surprises Act), health care providers are required to give patients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance for a service, an estimate of the expected charges before a scheduled service. This is called a Good Faith Estimate.
Li Health is a cash-pay practice, so all patients are self-pay by definition. Our fees are transparent and posted publicly on the Pricing page. Payment is collected at or before the time of your appointment, and your payment confirmation serves as your Good Faith Estimate for that service.
To request a written Good Faith Estimate before your appointment, or if you have questions about a bill you have received, contact us before your scheduled visit.
